About Emmaeli Pottery pieces
All of my pieces are created in my studio, on my pottery wheel, and then decorated by adding various hand formed elements. I decorate each pot individually, and no two are exactly alike, so there will even be some varience with multiples, such as mugs, which are similar but not identical. I use brown stoneware for much of my work, as well as a porcelaine-like white clay, and all of it is mid-range fired to be water tight. You can safely microwave it, and heat it, and put it in the diswasher without fear.
